Products can be returned or exchanged within 21 working days of delivery, provided the product is in the original packaging and has not been damaged.

Once your return is logged we’ll arrange collection with you and inspect the products to see if you qualify for a return or refund.

Exchanges: If the product you would like to exchange for is in stock we will arrange the exchange.

Returns: We’ll issue a refund or credit within 10 days once the return is logged (please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to reflect).

Yes. If the size is in stock at the same price, we’ll exchange it. If not, you can choose another item of equal value or more, or we’ll issue a credit/refund. Please not jewellery and swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Yes — sale items can be exchanged for another item of equal value, or for an online voucher to the same value. Refunds are not available on sale items.

We’ll arrange collection at no cost. After inspection, we’ll repair, replace (if possible), or issue a refund/credit within 10 days.
